Lwang Village, located 26 kilometers northeast of Pokhara in Nepal, is renowned for its captivating homestay tours. With a backdrop of the Machhapuchhre Himalayas in the Annapurna Conservation Area, Lwang sits at 1,550 meters above sea level and marks the start of the Mardi Himal trek. The village offers traditional stone homes, welcoming locals, comfortable lodg ing, organic farm-to-table food, a lush tea garden, almond farming, and exciting canoeing. Famous for community-based homestays since 2009, the village boasts 12 registered homes under the Ministry of Tourism, accommodating around 60-70 visitors.
